- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. g99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use if you fail to protect your login details.
- Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- G99 reserves the right to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security requirement at any time.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a g99 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to access or interact with the g99 platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through this platform.
- Making false claims, providing false information, or impersonating another person while using the platform.
- Misusing promotions, bonuses, or offers in an unauthorised manner or outside the stipulated conditions.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party under any circumstances.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary. g99 reserves the right to determine whether any conduct violates these terms, and the platform's decision is final.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the g99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are your own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by g99 and are subject to change from time to time. Current limits are displayed in your account section.
- G99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your ID or proof of address.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. g99 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Funds deposited for betting purposes do not earn any interest or fixed returns. The value of funds may fluctuate depending on gaming activity.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
G99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the platform's discretion. Where a suspension does not involve a breach, any valid account balance will be refunded upon completion of identity verification. Users may also close their own account by contacting customer support.
G99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including in-game losses, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond the platform's control. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
